By accessing or using PlantFocus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of Service

PlantFocus is a mobile application that helps users identify plants, assess their health, and receive care recommendations through AI-powered analysis of photos. The Service includes:

• Plant identification and classification
• Health assessment and disease detection
• Care recommendations and tips
• History and saved plant management
• AI chat for personalized plant advice

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of PlantFocus and third parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Privacy and Data

User Content

By uploading photos or other content to PlantFocus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. PlantFocus provides information for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional botanical or horticultural advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXBASE10 OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAXBASE10 OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
