Manage Your Data
Your app data stays on your device. Scan photos are deleted from Firebase immediately after the analysis completes.
What data lives on your device?
- App data (local only): Scan history, notes, preferences, and similar data are stored locally on your smartphone. We do not upload this data to our servers.
- Scan photos (temporary): Photos may be transmitted securely to Firebase solely to perform your scan and are deleted immediately after processing.
- Backups: If device backups (e.g., iCloud/Google) are enabled, encrypted system backups may include your app data. Manage backups in your device settings.
How to delete your data
- In the app: Delete items or clear history where available.
- Uninstall: Remove the app to delete all locally stored app data from your device.
- Backups: Adjust or delete OS-level backups via your device settings.
